A. The payment will be due immediately, but this will depend on the payment plan. The lease will then apply when the boat can be moored.

A. Yes, based on the current layout* and subject to availability.

Q. How will electricity and water be charged?
A. This will be metered.

Q. Are there any other running costs associated with owning a marina berth, other than those associtated with the purchase and upkeep of the boat?
A. There are no other costs associated as per standard practice.

Q. If I have a berth for a minimum of 3 years, will I have the option to renew?
A. Yes, but this is subject to availability. To guarantee a longer lease, the marina berths are available for up to 15 years

Q. Will there be a dry dock?
A. No, it is on the hard standing area

Q. What security measures will be in place?
A. Standard armed security guards, 24 hours.

Q. Will the moorings be stern to?
A. This depends on the individual.

Q. Will internet be available?
A. Yes. Code Cards may be purchased according to the length of time required.

Q. If I pay for a berth in advance, at what time will my lease take effect?
A. As soon as the boat is moored.

Q. Can I sell the lease on?
A. Not directly. The lease may be sold via Port Cyprium Marina, which will incur a management & administration fee.
